Civil Technology IV is an attempt to reintroduce to our youth the neglected instruction in this field of technology. It can be an experience as a liberating force that is directed towards the development of your true potential. Thus, by choosing to find the best book, we can be open to develop the best in others.

At the end of the course, students should be able to:
